Little Bit More About Me.
Q. Describe Sri Lanka in 3 words.
Beautiful small island
Q. Where is your favourite place to visit in Sri Lanka?
Horton Plains – a unique wilderness in the Central Highlands
Q. What Sri Lankan food is your go-to pick-me-up?
Milk Rice (Kiribath)
Q. Why do you think responsible travel matters?
It plays a vital role in supporting and sustaining the tourism industry. By travelling responsibly, we shift tourism from being extractive to regenerative. Instead of draining resources, we contribute to restoring them. That way, travel becomes a tool for wholesome progress.
Q. What is your favourite part about working with Blue Lanka Tours?
The opportunity to expand my knowledge of responsible travel, grow in my career, and enrich my life with new opportunities. Working here has given me a deeper appreciation of Sri Lanka. Through planning tours, I get to rediscover my own country again and again. Sharing that with travellers feels special.
Q. If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?
I would ensure that every person has equal access to education. Education is the foundation for opportunity, growth, and empowerment, yet millions around the world are denied this basic right. By providing quality learning for all, we could break cycles of poverty, reduce inequality, and nurture talent everywhere. A world where everyone can learn and grow would be fairer, stronger, and full of possibilities.
