Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and overseas travel partners.
- Support daily operational and administrative activities.
- Learn company procedures, tourism products, and destination knowledge.
- Participate in training programs and contribute to team projects.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
Requirements
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous internship or training experience in tourism or hospitality will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of international travel destinations is desirable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
