Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Conduct research, prepare detailed reports, and compile documents to support executive decision making.
- Organize and manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for roadshows and travel fairs.
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and distribute communications to clients to align them with the company’s values and ongoing projects.
- Maintain regular interaction with clients, ensuring excellent service standards and strong relationships.
- Liaise with tourism-related authorities to stay informed about industry updates and ensure company compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications will also be considered.
- 2–4 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and correspondence.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
