How they experienced it

10 nights in Sri Lanka

Just home after 10 nights in Sri Lanka. I booked everything direct with Blue Lanka (Pramila) and I found the process very easy and efficient. Pramila responded straight away and offered various suggestions for my trip I was impressed at the beginning. I booked the trip as a solo traveller. I was slightly apprehensive for about 2 weeks prior to my trip but on arriving at Colombo airport I met my driver/guide – Aruna – and had no more fears. Aruna was very easy to get along with, knowledgable and thoughtful. On day 2, Deminda (Operations Director) phoned me to ensure I was ok. He also messaged a few times during my trip to ensure everything was ok. In all, I thought the service was excellent and I would recommend anyone travelling solo to book via Blue Lanka. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country so definitely worth the visit.
